Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be that way! The good people at NGV are featuring the work of over 100 artists and designers at their latest offering, Triennial. The free exhibition is a celebration of contemporary art and design that traverses all four levels of NGV International. And if you’re quick you can make it to Triennial Extra (6pm to midnight, until January 28) – think art, DJs, bars, food, ideas, dance, and design.

This might just be that breath of fresh air you need to get you back on track – it’s certainly helped us!
