PHAROS approached Twelve Creative to create a paperless, digital marketing solution for their annual conference that appealed to a younger demographic of Madison financial planners.
PHAROS is a private equity venture group and the parent company of Madison Financial Group, a boutique financial services firm.
Our goal was to take their annual conference to another level and exceed their expectations through a creative theme, branding and consistent message. We had a limited budget but needed to exceed the expectation of our clients and their attendees.
We created a suite of collateral that breathed new life into the business and translated a dry subject matter into an engaging communication campaign. The conference was branded with a series of cartoons from political cartoonist Ron Tanberg and used humour to connect with the audiences, getting them talking, sharing, laughing and thinking positively.
We designed a desktop to mobile, fully responsive conference website that could be economically reskinned annually and updated by our client. We also created HTML emails, event signage and other marketing materials.
The result was an extremely memorable conference that fell well within our client’s budget. Attendence increased and conference feedback was positive.
